CCAM – National Laboratory collaborations
- UCI-LANL fellowship to Tohid R. Moosavy (IRG-1), to investigate single crystal ferromagnetic materials
- UCI-LANL fellowship to Brandon Momanyi (Seed/IRG-2), to work on theoretical studies of quantum materials
- JRFs have engaged with LANL researchers through internships and NSRC user programs. Sakshi Bajpai will intern during Spring 2024.
Intensive mentoring with CCAM Industrial Advisory Board (IAB)
- February 2024 virtual event enabled lively Q&A between 15 JRFs 8 CCAM IAB members
- CCAM has facilitated networking to identify internship opportunities for JRFs.
Industrial engagement with Boeing, DENS Solutions, Tesla, Linde/Praxair, Ford, and more has enhanced IRG1 & 2 research and provided career development for JRFs.
